Sales Support Executive


Cambridge University Press, a leader in academic publishing, seeks a highly-motivated Sales Support Executive to join our Library Sales team. The Sales Support Executive will provide administrative and operational support to a growing library sales team for online journals, books, and databases. The position will also maintain and update information in customer and order management systems; process orders and subscriptions renewals; monitor and respond to inquiries in online mailbox; conduct research projects for the library market; maintain and cleanse data in multiple systems; and pull reports for the marketing department for creation of sales campaigns. This role is an opportunity to learn a wide and diverse set of skills, in and beyond sales, in a fast-changing and innovative field.

•    Interest in publishing, the library market, sales and operations, and digital sales.

•    Detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate with large volumes of data.

•    Ability to learn, absorb, and interpret diverse types of data from multiple sources.

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and salesforce a plus.
