Digital Marketing Manager


The Digital Marketing Manager at TC Press is responsible for managing publicity efforts for approx. 70 books per year. This includes press releases, bookstore events, social media channels, and online marketing that includes a blog, e-newsletter, and amazon merchandizing.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors' degree plus two years of experience in publishing and/or publicity. Must be able to work with the media and authors in a fast paced environment. Proficiency in design necessary with knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with key digital and social media marketing tools, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and HooteSuite. Skills to manage distribution of metadata to vendors/partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in education or book publishing. Should be proactive with the ability to both work independently and as part of a team. Experience with new digital marketing tools and analytics.
