Our speakers will be discussing library finances and the wider sectoral context, as well as sharing the perspectives of their own libraries. They will look at how libraries are defining “value”, and what University Presses can do to demonstrate the value of their content. They will also consider what University Presses can do to be transparent, and show their investment in mission, open access, EDIA, and shared vision.
Libraries are looking to invest in smaller/more diverse publishers, but need return on that investment. How can University Presses provide that return?
