General Objective:
- Nominate candidates to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors.
Specific Charges to the Nominating Committee:
- Submit nominations to the Board for candidates to fill vacancies for positions on the 2025-26 Board of Directors, reflecting the breadth and depth of a membership spanning more than 160 presses of different sizes and models spread across 16 countries, with staff in a variety of functional areas and at differing career stages.
- Provide an interim report on activities by 24 October 2024, in time for the Board’s Fall meeting.
- Submit a nomination report by 28 February 2025, in time for the Board’s Winter meeting, including a brief biography and statement of interest from each nominee.
