Charge

General Objective:

• Nominate candidates to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors.

Specific Charges to the Nominating Committee: 

1. Submit nominations to the Board for candidates to fill vacancies for positions on the 2027–28 Board of Directors, reflecting the breadth and depth of a membership spanning more than 160 presses of different sizes and models spread across 18 countries, with staff in a variety of functional areas and at differing career stages.
2. Submit a final nomination report by 26 February 2027, including a brief biography and statement of interest from each nominee.
