Our book series include the Wisconsin Poetry Series; Critical Human Rights; New Perspectives in Southeast Asian Studies; Living Out: Gay and Lesbian Autobiographies; Africa and the Diaspora: History, Politics, Culture; The George L. Mosse Series in the History of European Culture, Sexuality, and Ideas; Wisconsin Film Studies; The Warren Moon Series in Art and Archaeology; Women and Gender in Africa; and Yorùbá Worlds.
We publish thirteen peer-reviewed academic journals in the humanities and social sciences: African Economic History; Arctic Anthropology; Contemporary Literature; Ecological Restoration; Ghana Studies; History of Pharmacy and Pharmaceuticals; Journal of Human Resources; Land Economics; Landscape Journal; Luso-Brazilian Review; Monatshefte; Native Plants Journal; and Scandinavian Studies.
Our mission embodies the Wisconsin Idea by publishing work of distinction that serves the people of Wisconsin and the world.
