Annual Meeting
June 9-12, 2025
The AUPresses Annual Meeting will return to a virtual format in 2025, taking place on June 9-12.
The 2025 Program Committee, co-chaired by Ana Maria Jimenez-Moreno (Ohio State) and David Famiano (California), are working on a program that aims to bring new voices together to discuss important topics for UPs and the wider scholarly publishing community.

Preliminary Program and Registration
The AUPresses 2025 preliminary program will be announced in February and registration will open in March.

Monday, June 9
Opening Plenary at 11am-12:15pm
Sessions at 12:45pm-2pm; 2:30pm-3:45pm; 4:15pm-5:30pm; and 6pm-7:15pm
Tuesday, June 10
Sessions at 12pm-1:15pm; 1:45pm-3pm; 4pm-5:15pm; and 5:45pm-7pm
Wednesday, June 11

The AUPresses Directors Summit will take place on October 22-24, 2025 at the Big Ten Conference Center in Rosemont (O’Hare), IL. Learn more.
Business Operations Annual Meeting
The AUPresses Business Operations Annual Meeting will take place on April 23-25, 2025 at The Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown in Chicago, IL. More information and registration.
