The AUPresses Annual Meeting will return to an in-person gathering in 2026. The event will take place on June 13-15, at the Westin Seattle.

Our meeting program will feature more than two days of educational sessions, plenaries, collaboration labs, exhibits and service demos, networking opportunities, and more that will make the most of our time together in this beautiful city in the Pacific Northwest. View the AUPresses 2026 program.
There will also be pre-meeting events and workshops for Press Directors, and the Business Operations and the Journals communities, and an evening opening reception for AUPresses 2026 attendees to say “hello!” to each other on June 13. Stay tuned for more details on this pre-meeting programming.

Hotel Reservations
AUPresses has secured a hotel room block at the Westin Seattle at a conference rate of $279/night (single room occupancy). (Current rack rates at the Westin for the meeting dates start at $469/night.)
