The Association of American University Presses provided a statement in response to the February 2013 US White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) memorandum on developing sustainable Open Access (OA) rules for federal agencies. These comments were also presented at an invited DC forum organized by the 14 affected federal agencies.
