Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received via email to annualmeeting@aupresses.org. A full refund, minus a $150 handling charge, will be issued if we receive your cancellation prior to May 20, 2022. Cancellations made between May 21 and June 6, 2022 will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. No refunds will be allowed after June 6, 2022. All refunds will be processed by June 30, 2022.
Speakers and sessions may change without notice. In the unlikely event of meeting cancellation, AUPresses is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses incurred by the registrant.
Substitutions
Substitutions are permitted for individuals from the same organization. To substitute a registration, email annualmeeting@aupresses.org with the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting. No substitutions are allowed for attendance to AUPresses Directors events.
Registration Deadlines
There is no registration deadline, but individuals are encouraged to register before May 20, 2022. The last day to make a reservation at the discounted rate at the Marriott Marquis Washington DC is Friday, May 20, 2022, but book early, as this block of rooms tends to go quickly.
