Registration is now open for AUPresses 2024! Register today.

Staff members at the Association’s Regular or Affiliate member presses are eligible for a number of professional development grants for the Annual Meeting. More information on travel and registration grants will be available shortly.

By registering for AUPresses 2024, you agree to abide by the Association’s Code of Conduct.

Registration Rates

Pre-Meeting Registration
Business Operations Meeting: $195
Press Directors Luncheon: No charge 
AUPresses Directors Meeting: No charge
AUPresses Journals Networking: No charge

Full Meeting Registration  
Admission to sessions, exhibits, meals, and receptions; does not include housing or transportation. Meals include Tuesday reception and banquet, Wednesday breakfast and lunch, and Thursday breakfast and lunch.

Non-Profit and Librarian: $895
AUPresses Partners: $850
Non-Members: $995

Small Press Promotion for Regular Members: Each Regular member press with annual net sales under $1.5 million is eligible to receive one free meeting registration per press. Additional registrants should register at the full member registration rate. For your presses’ code, contact tnau@aupresses.org.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received via email to annualmeeting@aupresses.org or afagan@aupressesorg. A full refund, minus a $175 handling charge, will be issued if we receive your cancellation prior to May 20, 2024. Cancellations made between May 21 and May 28, 2024, will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. No refunds will be allowed after May 28, 2024. All refunds will be processed by June 30, 2024. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Speakers and sessions may change without notice. In the unlikely event of meeting cancellation, AUPresses is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses incurred by the registrant.

Substitutions

Substitutions are permitted for individuals from the same organization. To substitute a registration, email afagan@aupresses.org with the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting. No substitutions are allowed for attendance to AUPresses Directors events.

Registration Deadlines

There is no registration deadline, but individuals are encouraged to register before May 21, 2024. The last day to make a reservation at the discounted rate at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth is May 21, 2024, but book early, as this block of rooms tends to go quickly. Space is limited in pre-meeting workshops.

Speaker Registration

Annual Meeting speakers and moderators on staff at AUPresses Members are required to pay a meeting registration fee. Discounts may be available for pre-meeting workshop registrations fees and for speakers not on staff at a member press. Contact afagan@aupresses.org with questions about the registration fee.
