The AUPresses Annual Meeting will return to an in-person gathering in 2026. The event will take place on June 13-15, at the Westin Seattle.

Hotel Reservations
The Association has secured a room block at the Westin Seattle. Single occupancy rooms will start at $279/night. More information and a booking link will be available when registration opens in March.
Program Schedule
The AUPresses 2026 preliminary program will be announced in February. In the meantime, to assist with travel planning, the general schedule will run as follows:
Saturday, June 13: Pre-Meeting Events and Workshops: Press Directors Meeting and Luncheon, Business Operations Meeting, and Journals Assembly; opening night events
Sunday, June 14–Monday, June 15: Educational programming including plenary and concurrent sessions, collaboration labs, networking events, and more
On Tuesday, June 16, the AUPresses and Library Publishing Coalition (LPC) communities will enjoy a day of joint programming. The LPC’s 2026 Library Publishing Forum is taking place in Seattle on June 17-18. The joint summit will focus on the University Based Publishing Futures community, and be held on the campus of the University of Washington.
Registration
Registration for AUPresses 2026 will open in March. Grant opportunities will be available for AUPresses members.
Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities
Information about exhibiting at or sponsorship of AUPresses 2026 will also become available in March.
