Staff members at the Association’s Regular or Affiliate member presses will be eligible for a number of professional development grants for the Annual Meeting. More information on grants is coming soon!

Registration Rates
Note: All registration rates include a 10.35% Washington State sales tax. Tax will not be collected separately at checkout.
Pre-Meeting Registration
Business Operations Meeting: $204.14 ($185 + $19.14 tax)
Business Operations and Annual Meeting Opening Events (June 13): $325.53 ($295 + $30.53 tax)
Press Directors Luncheon and Meeting: No charge
AUPresses Journals Networking: No charge
Full Meeting Registration
Admission to sessions, exhibits, meals, and receptions; does not include housing or transportation. Meals include Tuesday reception and banquet, Wednesday breakfast and lunch, and Thursday breakfast and lunch.

Small Press Promotion for Regular Members: Each Regular member press with annual net sales under $1.5 million is eligible to receive one free meeting registration per press. Additional registrants should register at the full member registration rate. For your presses’ code, contact Dylan Fritz.
Meal Passes
Opening reception, opening banquet, Wednesday breakfast and lunch, and Thursday breakfast and lunch: $656.58 ($595 + $61.58 tax)
Opening Reception and Banquet ONLY
General: $248.28 ($225 + $23.28 tax)
Invoicing
If you require an invoice, you can select that option during registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received via email to annualmeeting@aupresses.org or Alexis Fagan. A full refund, minus a $175 handling charge, will be issued if we receive your cancellation prior to May 13, 2026. Cancellations made between May 14 and May 28, 2026, will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. No refunds will be allowed after May 28, 2026. All refunds will be processed by June 30, 2026. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Substitutions
Substitutions are permitted for individuals from the same organization. A fee of $25 will be added for any changes. To substitute a registration, email McKenzi Thi Murphy with the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting. No substitutions are allowed for attendance to AUPresses Directors events.
Registration Deadlines
There is no registration deadline, but individuals are encouraged to register before May 22, 2026. Reminder! Register by April 16, 2026 for the Early Bird Rate.
The last day to make a reservation at the discounted rate at the Westin Seattle is May 27, 2026, but book early, as this block of rooms tends to go quickly. Space is limited in pre-meeting workshops.

Speaker Registration
Speakers and moderators on staff at Association member presses are required to register for the Annual Meeting. Discounts may be available for Pre-Meeting Workshop registrations fees and for speakers not on staff at a member press. Contact Alexis Fagan with questions about the registration fee.
